Halloween is Over, but Billioniare TV News wants to Keep You Scared

Halloween may be over, but the billionaire press wants to keep you scared. You've had a great opportunity to witness their misuse of their mass media, doling out their scary narratives to manipulate voters, so they will vote for the overwhelming choice of the billionaires - former disgraced Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Let's take a look at a few examples while they are still fresh in our minds. The world has changed and so has the mass media. And like so much these days - it hasn't been changing for the good of the community. And in fact, it is just the opposite.

The people's press, where you will find numerous and divergent opinions and reports, is on the web. The billionaire press is on TV. All six TV networks are controlled by billionaires, the families of billionaires, and the newest network is on his way to becoming a billionaire. That's why all TV News networks put out the same stories, hire the same attractive but empty-headed teleprompter readers, who have good diction, but not a lot of knowledge or insight or good questions about pretty much anything they are telling you.

Pure Fiction. Murdoch's London Times uses Fake News to try to Discredit Mamdani

Billionaire Rupert Murdoch seems to have been using his mass media, to interfere and cheat voters, by misleading them about candidates before elections, for decades. He manipulates voters' perceptions about candidates, so they will vote - not based on facts and reality - but based on perceptions and manipulations created by his TV stations, newspapers and websites. This election is no different as Cuomo tried to discredit Mamdani with a completely false report about a phony interview with former Mayor de Blasio about him.

'Fix (or Rig) the City' PAC Funded by Bloomberg, Appears Focused on Continuing the NYC Real Estate Oligarchy's Huge Transfer of Public-to-Private Property Ownership, which is one of the Real Reasons why There's a Housing Shortage in NYC

Bloomberg's Fix the City PAC really should be called 'Rig the City PAC' because that's exactly what Bloomberg has been doing since he was first elected mayor in 2001. Billionaire Rupert Murdoch seemed to publish or broadcast near daily harangues by his minions in attempts to discredit Mayor de Blasio, possibly because the de Blasio mayoralty interrupted billionaires Bloomberg and Stephen Ross's efforts to continue the massive transfer of public wealth to the billionaires' friends and associates.

The big money outside group in the graphic above or at right is Michael Bloomberg's PAC, Fix the City aka Rig the City.

But by funding the TV News and distortions via their ads, the billionaires were able to win the election of their prior choice for NYC mayor, Eric Adams, in 2021. In doing so, they appeared able to resume their oligarchic public-to-private property wealth transfers, by using a politician who acted less like a mayor, and more like their lackey.

The billionaires, via these false narratives, are trying to 'Fix the City' for themselves, as they have been doing ever since Michael Bloomberg became Mayor in 2001. Their 'fixing this city' - or shall I say rigging this city - for themselves was put on hiatus during the de Blasio Administration, but came back in spades when they elected Eric Adams in 2021, by virtue of all of their moneyed TV ads.

Here's a sample of what Michael Bloomberg did 'to us' not for us, as Mayor. Reportedly Bloomberg is Cuomo's biggest backer, having dumped approximately $8 million into PACs, like Fix the City [it should be named Rig the City], supporting Cuomo.

Billionaire TV News Fails to Report that Bloomberg's Fix the City was Fined $622,000 - for Breaking Campaign Finance Laws - in this Election Alone

Please ask yourself why Billionaire TV News somehow failed to report this story? Like they failed to report so many other, apparently, acts of malfeasance during the 12 years of Bloomberg's mayoralty. That was the first time Michael Bloomberg 'fixed the city' - or was it 'rigged the city'?

Andrew Cuomo is no stranger to corruption allegations. The things he did in the three years as the Secretary of Housing & Urban Development under then President Bill Clinton, some think resulted in the S&L crisis that occurred at the end of the George W. Bush presidency. Then, as governor of NYS, associates of his were indicted on corruption charges. And when the Moreland Commission brought their investigation of public corruption to the NYS Governor's Office - Cuomo handily disbanded it. And now, it seems, Cuomo and Bloomberg have been caught breaking the rules again.

Cuomo does Not Call out the Bloomberg Oligarchy's Aligned 'Fix the City' PAC for their Islamophobic Ads

Former Republican and Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, and Donald Trump are supporting Andrew Cuomo for NYC Mayor. Bloomberg has reportedly spent somewhere between $8 and $16 million in this election year, primarily on the NYC Mayoral race. Bloomberg has a PAC, Fix the City aka Rig the City [for the billionaires], which has taken the low road of campaign ads by: 1) doctoring images of Mamdani to make him look like a Muslim terrorist which he is not. 2) Bloomberg's Fix the City TV ads also used what seemed racist themes that tap into 911 fears and anger, by overlaying a headline 'Jihad on NYC' over Mamdani's face, insinuating that that was Mamdani's sentiment - which it is not. And 3) distorting who Mamdani is by portraying him in Muslim garb instead of the suit he has worn throughout the campaign, to again belie a false impression.

How much lower will the billionaires and Michael Bloomberg's PAC go, to get their man, Andrew Cuomo, elected?

Mamdani's handling of these tropes, has been Barack Obamaesque. They have taken the low road, while Mamdani has taken the high road. In an era of new low after new low, Mamdani taking the high road may be contributing to his lead with the electorate. We're sick of this b.s. and billionaire TV News is nowhere to be found ... except making money hand over fist by running these ads. Will the ads be ineffective? Will TV be an ineffective political medium? We'll soon obtain more data about both. I am hoping New Yorkers and the rest of America are as sick of this unethical crap as I am.

Cuomo in an Interview on Billionaire Catsimitides' Radio Station, Participates with Radio Talk Show Host in Islamophobic Repartee Slurs

On October 24, 2025, Andrew Cuomo laughed with a radio talk show host on 77 WABC, while both seemed to be making Islamophobic slurs part of their ugly, racist repartee. In a city that is home to people from all over the world, comments like these are inappropriate - even in the Age of Donald Trump - who is guilty of the same.

In 1977 the Cuomo Campaign Allies, Attacked Mayor Ed Koch with the Gay Slur Slogan 'Vote Cuomo Not the Homo', which seems Akin to Bloomberg's Fix the City Racism

Perhaps Andrew Cuomo has come full circle, when his past finally catches up to him. The Cuomos lost the 1977 election to Koch, in spite of their unethical, derogatory campaign. Trump Tries to Extort New Yorkers into Voting for Cuomo

Donald Trump is a compulsive attention grabber, which the billionaire TV News now seems to slavishly cater to now, more than ever before. Many of Trump's comments are sheer nonsense, and most seem to be distractions. One thing Trump's comments are not is informative, but they make for sensationlist headlines which is why they get replayed over and over and over ad nauseum via TV News. On Monday, Trump said he would withhold funds if New Yorkers don't elect Cuomo. Can he do that? Maybe temporarily, but his party is up for election next year and slowly the voters seems to be WOKING up to the various and sundry frauds put out by the Trump 2024 campaign.

To Trump voters I have only two questions to ask.

1. Trump essentially promised you 10 years ago, that you would be so rich by now, that you wouldn't know how to spend the money. Is that how you're feeling now? Or are you feeling like his divorced wives, cheated investors and contractors, former staff members who are currently being witch hunted using the taxpayers' money, former Trump University students who sued him for breach of contract, rape victim(s), SNAPs recipients who voted for him, Hispanics who voted for him, targets for healthcare cuts and premium increases who voted for him, farmers who voted for him, and possibly pedophilia victims?

2. Has the transfer of upwards of $10 trillion in wealth - to the richest people on the planet - via loans taken out by the U.S. government, authorized by the Republicans & Donald J. Trump, payable by you, your children and grandchildren and descendant generations to come, been a price worth paying to have him as president?

I get that the Democrats and pre-Trump Republicans, starting in the latter part of the 20th century, didn't protect American jobs enough, by prudent management of tariffs. And that the Democrats failed miserably to enforce the laws regarding illegal immigration, during the Biden-Harris Administration. But at what cost, to remedy these two issues? And the cost goes beyond the transference of $10 trillion in wealth from babies and the unborn, to the richest people on the planet. It includes taking a wrecking ball to the rule of law and our other democratic institutions, as well as our historic trade and military alliances, and by setting a bad, disrespectful, behavioral example for all the young people of an entire generation.

Starve New York / Cut Off Funding / Send in the National Guard / Lock up & Deport Mamdani / Crime / Boo. The last narrative above [boo] is my own. It's far less ridiculous than any of the others.

Quite frankly, these powerful men are acting like stereotypic 1950's housewives who've seen a mouse and have climbed up onto their kitchen chairs and are screaming at the top of their lungs for help. They are an embarassment to their companies, their positions and the only thing they really care about in this world - THEMSELVES. They are acting like a bunch of spoiled babies who are going to take their bat and ball home if they can't completely control the game.

All Four Major TV News Networks, Failed To Correct Trump's Lie & Keep Repeating it

All four TV News networks, including ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox News, and apparently even 60 Minutes [CBS was recently acquired by the multi-billionaire Ellison family] failed to correct Trump's FALSE ATTACKS on Mamdani, trying to label him a communist.

The billionaire TV News Networks replayed posts and videos of Trump attacking Zohran Mamdani, in an effort to scare people to get out and vote against Mamdani, who has run a campaign based on addressing the concerns of the middle and working class New Yorkers. Please take not of this, as none of the TV New Networks even come close to providing the kind of fair, balanced and fact checked journalism of your parents and grand parents.

TV News is no longer a fully reliable, contextual source for voter related information. This is not to say that they won't get some stories right, but when it comes to their politics that affect their billionaire owners' pocket books, you be sure sure they'll be using their mass media assets to manipulate you. Just as surely as Joseph Goebbels and Rupert Murdoch did. So please take notice, as sadly, all four networks have repeatedly compromised themselves.

What Billionaire TV News & Press Continue to Ignore - The Concerns & Issues Faced by the Non-Billionaires

To Stay Free, 'We, The People' Must Free Ourselves of Mass Media Manipulations

You know what they're not talking about? They are not talking about doing anything for the working class people of New York that hasn't already been done [to them not for them] before. Hiring more cops has been done with mixed results. It's not the solution anymore. It's proven that crime is driven by poverty. And billionaire Donald Trump is trying to drive as many people into poverty and desperation as quickly as he can, so in the same manner as he has grabbed power by declaring about a dozen different emergencies, he can ramp up a militiaristic solution to beating down the poor and victimized even more by exert even more control, than he already has, over everything that moves.

Trump and the aiding and abetting Republicans in their party have voted to cut SNAP benefits, jack up healthcare premiums, close rural hospitals, and all of the other things listed on that accompanying image that the Republicans voted to do away with. Trump and the Republicans have gone so far, that some Republicans like Josh Hawley and Marjorie Taylor Greene are are beginning to reconsider them, as elections are now only a year away. And it's going to cost the billionaires a lot to keep their candidates in place as word of the growing misery begins making its way into the mainstream without any help and in spite of the 'mainstream media'.

I take exception to calling billionaire TV news the mainstream media these days, because they are anything but. Let's tell it like it is. TV News is the star studded, celebrity-enabled, billionaire press that only billionaires can afford and only fools trust.

The most disturbing part about all of this is that American voters are swimming in the ignorance foisted on them by what had been [in 2025 the web surpassed TV] the nation's largest source of information. TV News was once a media category that was an incredibly reliable source of news and information because it was regulated to provide 'fair and balanced' reporting until the broadcasters started helping elect pols who would eventually de-regulate TV. This started with Ronald Reagan and Rupert Murdoch back in the early 1980's, got worse under both Clinton and W. Bush, and was blown out the door by Trump. Since deregulation TV News ownership has increasingly become consolidated and an ever expanding cesspool of misinformation.

Benjamin Franklin, the grandfather of our nation, left behind many words of wisdom. At times like these this quote rings the liberty bells within me, "... Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary [economic or other] safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety ...".

In our National Anthem, America is described as the 'Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave'. If you're not brave, you'll never be free. The polls open at 6 am and close at 9 pm. Be Brave or you'll likely end up paying a much higher price down the road.

VOTE NO on the BACK-OF-BALLOT QUESTIONS 2 - 6, which are being dishonestly portrayed as a solution to NYC's affordable housing crisis

They are as much a solution to the housing crisis, as Adams' & Bloomberg's Mayoralties = 0

These Charter changes are an attempt by the billionaire developers and investors, using their last preferred mayoral candidate, Eric Adams, to continue to take away your legal rights to have any say about what developments are put up, taken down, or reconfigured, in your own community. Remember, when these people talk about 'affordable housing' they're talking about housing that's affordable to folks making at least $100,000 - $250,000. And once these rights are given up, they will be nearly impossible to claw back.
