While Trump loudly and continuously proclaims his innocence, both he and his legal team are aggressively claiming that the president is above the law and can self pardon. These actions and concurrent narratives don't seem very innocent to me.

Rudy Giuliani, once a lawyer who prosecuted the mob, seems to have sold out by becoming a lawyer who now represents mob-like characters, including Donald J. Trump and Turkish Iranian businessman Reza Zarrab.
Not long after Trump began his career in the real estate business in the 1970's, Trump is believed to have associated with the mob, doing business with them on deals relating to the construction of Trump Tower, and in developing casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Trump reportedly admitted he was friendly with mobsters and I've seen photos of Trump with some. Trump has also sold in the neighborhood of a hundred million dollars or more in real estate to Russians, including an Oligarch, according to Haaretz, an Israeli English language publication. The Oligarchs are considered to be the Russian equivalent to what was the American mob by some. Rudy Giuliani was also hired by Reza Zarrab's defense lawyers - not to plead their case as their attorney - but to do something else, possibly akin to what Trump fixer Michael Cohen does. Giuliani was a staunch candidate Trump supporter in 2016, an unofficial Trump security adviser in 2017, and most recently became a member of the Trump legal team. According to an April 3, 2017 Seattle Times report,
"[Guiliani and former Attorney General Michael Mukasey] were hired by Zarrab's defense. But oddly, neither is involved in pleading the case in U.S. District Court, leading prosecutors to wonder if the defense is trying to circumvent the regular judicial process by going above prosecutors' heads. ... He [Zarrab] and several others are accused of conspiring to evade U.S. sanctions against Iran, using a network of companies to mask the true nature of transactions and defraud multiple banks. Prosecutors say they processed hundreds of millions of dollars for Iran and claim to have thousands of pages of bank, email and phone records to prove it. Zarrab pleaded not guilty."
To make a long story short, Trump subsequently fired Preet Bahara, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York who was prosecuting the Zarrab case [and also prosecuting a couple of cases against a company controlled by Trump propagandist billionaire Rupert Murdoch - see link below]. At the time it was believed that Marc Mukasey, Michael Mukasey's son, would replace Bahara. Instead Trump left the position vacant for about a half year, before a New York judge appointed a temporary replacement. The position may not have been filled to avoid the appearance of what it really may have been ... another example of Trump obstruction of justice.
Democracy Destroying Don: Trump Claims He's Above the Law
On Saturday, June 2, 2018 the NYT published a story that included the following,
"In a brash assertion of presidential power, the 20-page letter -- sent to the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, and obtained by The New York Times -- contends that the president cannot illegally obstruct any aspect of the investigation into Russia's election meddling because the Constitution empowers him to, "if he wished, terminate the inquiry, or even exercise his power to pardon."
According to a June 2, 2018 report by The Hill quoting Nick Akerman, the Assistant Watergate Prosecutor,
"First of all, the whole idea that he [Trump] can't be charged with obstruction of justice -- the last time that ever happened in this country is when we were ruled by King George ... That's what the whole rule of law is about. The president has to faithfully execute the laws." [Akerman told MSNBC]

Rudy Giuliani began doing rounds on the media circuit, most notably, Rupert Murdoch's propaganda machine outlets including Fox News, where he appeared to assert that the president of the United States is above the law. During the 2016 campaign Benedict Donald repeatedly labeled Hillary Clinton as Crooked Hillary. That resonated with the American people because the Clinton's appear to have a history of questionable political maneuvering and the billion dollar Clinton Foundation oftentimes seems self-serving.
But in the one and a half years since Trump took office, he's managed to make the Clintons look like small potato amateurs, and you're hearing that from someone who is no fan of the Clintons.

A good portion of that spending appears to be to provide protection for Trump's 100 days of golf which he did in his first 408 days in office.

Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law, secured a $30 million investment from an Israeli finance company, Menora Mivtachim shortly after Kushner accompanied Trump on a trip to Israel in May of 2017. In December 2017 the U.S. Embassy in Israel was moved to Jerusalem following receipt of the investment.
A March 22, 2018 report by MSNBC states that The Intercept noted that the Saudi Royal Prince said he had Jared Kushner "in his pocket". Kushner, who has national security clearance, is reportedly an avid reader of Trump's daily security briefing.
U.S. to Pay For Murdoch Cheney Prince Black Ops?

According to a May 3, 2018 report in the NYT, the U.S. has quietly deployed Special Forces to Yemen, in what appears to be an escalation of help to the Saudi government's involvement in the Yemeni Civil War. The Trump Administration says America is providing refueling, logistics and intel sharing help and the Trump Administration never lies - do they? According to reports in the NYT in 2011 and in 2015 the United Arab Emirates and the Saudis have hired Blackwater [now called Academi] mercenaries and there have been reports of countless civilian casualties in Yemen and torture prisons either in Yemen, or elsewhere in the Middle East, or both.
Betsy De Vos' brother, Blackwater billionaire & Founder Erik Prince, is interested in going to the mercernaries-for-hire business again in the Middle East. According to an April 18, 2018 report in the WSJ,
"... the Trump administration is seeking to assemble an Arab force to replace the US military contingent in Syria and help stabilise the north-eastern part of the country ... [and that Erik Prince] has been informally contacted by Arab officials about the prospect."
It's worth mentioning that Rupert Murdoch, the global billionaire propagandist, went into business with former VP Dick Cheney through Genie Energy which bought energy rights from Israel in 2013 in the illegally-occupied Syrian Golan Heights. In 2007, on Cheney's watch, Erik Prince's Blackwater allegedly murdered dozens of unarmed Iraqi civilians - of which the most notable incident was the Nisour Square Massacre. And Erik Prince is also suspected of attempting to establish a back channel for Trump / Putin in the Seychelles [islands off the coast of Africa] in December of 2016.
It seems like the gang is back in town and American's reputation and government taxed money may be used again by these millionaires and billionaires to further enrich themselves. This time it seems they will make themselves even more fabulously rich on the stolen energy rights of the Syrian people, using the American taxpayer Defense budget to pay for it. An effort to defund some of these operations in March / April 2018 was stopped by one of Rupert Murdoch's many puppets, Senate Majority 'Leader' Mitch McConnell [his wife Elaine Chao was previously on Murdoch's 21st Century Fox Board].
Banking Deregulation For Sale?
Kushner also secured a half billion dollars in loans during Trump's first year as U.S. President. After multiple meetings at the White House in Spring of 2017, Citibank made a $325 million loan to Kushner. In November 2017 Apollo Global Management made a $184 million loan to Kushner. The loan they made to Kushner was reportedly triple the size of the average property loan in their portfolio. Apollo's slogan is "We take many paths to value."
In March 2018, Mouse McConnell, the Republican Senate Majority Leader announced that the Senate had passed a bank deregulation bill that pulls back the bank reforms made after a bank bailout and economic recovery that cost the American taxpayer over $4 TRILLION DOLLARS. In May 2018 Trump and the Republican Congress, led by Paul Ryan, passed a similar banking deregulation bill.
Chinese Trade Deals & American Security For Sale?
A May 23, 2018 report on Bloomberg states,
"Press reports in early May centered on $500 million in expected loans [to a Trump Partnership in Malaysian tycoon developer Hary Tanoesoedibjo] from a Chinese state-owned institution. This was particularly piquant because of Trump's unexpected announcement on May 13, via Twitter, that he was working with Chinese President Xi Jinping to give the Chinese phone maker ZTE Corp., which has been cut off from U.S. suppliers for violating sanctions against trading with Iran and North Korea, "a way to get back into business, fast." That produced accusations that Trump had engaged in a quid pro quo with Xi."

On May 28, 2018 the New York Times reported that,
"China this month awarded Ivanka Trump seven new trademarks across a broad collection of businesses, including books, housewares and cushions ... Even as Mr. Trump contends with Beijing on issues like security and trade, his family and the company that bears his name are trying to make money off their brand in China's flush and potentially promising market ... Ms. Trump's growing portfolio of trademarks in China and the family's business interests there raises questions about whether Chinese officials are giving the Trump family extra consideration that they otherwise might not get."
According to a May 30, 2018 report by CBS News, when Ivanka & company was asked about the trademarks in a press call, they abruptly hung up.
America's Government Land & Mineral Rights For Sale
Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke has been very busy selling off land held by the United States government / people to the especially selfish oil, gas and mining interests. Given how corrupt the $300 million deal noted above appears - I would think that the American corporate media and the American people might take a greater interest in how Ryan Zinke has been managing Trump's GREAT AMERICAN LAND & MINERAL RIGHTS FIRE SALE.
I have found reports that land and / or the mineral rights to U.S. government-owned properties in California, Montana, Utah, South Dakota, New Mexico, Florida and Missouri [likely not a full list] have been put up for sale or have been sold. The questions here are: 1) were they sold at well publicized fair auctions, 2) at market or better prices, 3) who purchased these lands / rights, and 4) did or do the buyers have ties to the Trump Administration.
It's worth mentioning that former Mayor Michael Bloomberg sold - for just a few dollars - numerous parcels of land valued in the hundred(s) of millions to one real estate developer friend of his - Steven Ross of Related Companies. And Bloomberg helped Ross secure hundreds of millions of government backed loans and threw in multi-billion dollar mass transit improvements to facilitate the development - at a time when many other parts of the city were in far greater need of mass transit upgrades. So consider for a moment that that is the appearance of corruption in NYC done by Michael Bloomberg. Now think of U.S. federal lands and Donald J. Trump and maybe you get the picture.
Remember that the Trump Administration also changed the drilling rights regulations regarding offshore drilling - except in Florida where Trump owns property and there's a Senate race the Trump Republicans want to win. After that Florida - you're on your own.
America's Education Department For Sale?
In a January 12, 2018 Washington Post report we learned that Education Secretary Betsy De Vos's department awarded one of two debt-collection contracts, potentially worth hundreds of millions of dollars [upwards to $400,000,000], to Performant Financial Company, a company with which De Vos has previously had financial ties through LMF WF Portfolio an LLC [limited liability company] with which De Vos was once a partner.
It appears Trump Education Secretary Betsy De Vos also stopped the U.S. Education Department investigations into potentially illegal business practices by for profit schools. A May 13, 2018 report in the New York Times states,
"Members of a special team at the Education Department that had been investigating widespread abuses by for-profit colleges have been marginalized, reassigned or instructed to focus on other matters ... The unwinding of the team has effectively killed investigations into possibly fraudulent activities at several large for-profit colleges where top hires of Betsy DeVos, the education secretary, had previously worked ... investigators who were looking into advertising, recruitment practices and job placement claims at several institutions, including DeVry Education Group ... now known as Adtalem Global Education ... Bridgepoint Education and Career Education Corporation, which also operate large for profit colleges ... went dark."
"Former employees of those institutions now work for Ms. DeVos as well, including Robert S. Eitel, her senior counselor, and Diane Auer Jones, a senior adviser on postsecondary education. Last month, Congress confirmed the appointment of a lawyer who provided consulting services to Career Education, Carlos G. Muñiz, as the department's general counsel."
Federal Emergency Management Agency's $300 Mil Attempted Fraud?
The Trump Administration reportedly awarded a $300 million contract to Whitefish Energy, a company that an October 27, 2017 Business Insider report said had two employees and little capitalization, financed by a major Trump donor, Joe Colonnetta of HBC Investments located in the hometown of Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke to assist Puerto Rico in rebuilding their power grid. The Puerto Ricans eventually cancelled the contract.
If you've been paying attention you know that was as well managed as Hurricane Katrina. But Puerto Rico is a Territory - not a State - and without Congress[wo]men and Senators that likely contributed to how very unsuccessfully they have been heard throughout the rest of America. Maybe it's time Puerto Ricans to get off the fence and become America's 51st state?
And it seems there's very little transparency there, while too many in the media stay glued to the distraction of the CRAZY DONALDO SHOW instead of doing their job to keep the American people informed. You can also thank the Columbia School of Journalism and the Pulitzer Prize Committee for doing nothing to bring these issues to light too. They are as useless and as sanitized, as their confreres in America's corporate run media to whom they have often enough awarded the lion's share of their Trump-like awards - see report on the Pulitzer Prize Committee & the Pulitzer Putz.

187 Former Lobbyists & Dozens of Trump Administration Double-dippers
According to a March 7, 2018 report on MSN.com the Trump Administration has: 1) at least 187 former lobbyists in its administration and hired 28% more active lobbyists than Obama had at the same time in his presidency, and 2) that - reportedly for the first time - dozens of special government employees were also able to keep their private sector jobs [moonlighting or corruption?].
OLIGARCHS
Michael Cohen, Trump's Lawyer, reportedly accepted a $500,000? payment from the son of a Russian Oligarch. Trump's Inaugural Committee also accepted $xx? contributions from the same Oligarch [son].
And devious Donald Trump is also quietly hosting White House dinner parties according to an April 5, 2018 report in The Hill. These are probably used to raise campaign contributions - but I'm sure they are officially or propagandistically billed as something else.
The Clintons were heavily criticized for this by Republicans, but the Republican party, under the leadership of a spineless Mouse McConnell and Paul Ryan, behave more like scared blind mice than anything resembling real men - let alone leaders. Do Trump or Murdoch have dirt on them, and any of the other Republicans who are retiring this year?
How Many Trumpers are Selling Access to Russians?
There have been numerous reports alleging Trump associates have been selling foreigners access to the Donald over the past year and a half. So many that I have been unable to keep up with them, and that's just with those that have been made public. But let me give you a small sampling of just the Trump people reaching out to Russian Oligarchs.
Michael Cohen, Trump's Attorney or Fixer, reportedly made about $4 million within the past year or so, allegedly selling access to large corporations as well as receipt of a $1 million payment from Columbus Nova, which is controlled by Russian Oligarch Viktor Vekselberg's cousin.
According to a May 12, 2018 CNN report Bryan Lanza of Mercury Public Affairs LLC was hired by the firm EN + Group, which is controlled by another Russian Oligarch, Oleg Deripaska, to lobby the president to lift sanctions against the firm because of the Oligarch's control. Lanza was a former Trump campaign aide.
According to a June 2, 2018 report by The Hill, ZTE the Chinese company sanctioned by the U.S. for violating trading sanctions against Iran and North Korea also hired Bryan Lanza of Mercury Public Affairs LLC to help them with access to President Trump.
According to a September 27, 2017 Business Insider report,
"Former Trump Campaign Chairman, Paul Manafort, offered private briefings about the campaign to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska in hopes of resolving a years-long business dispute, sources told Bloomberg on Wednesday."
It's worth reminding folks of a March 18, 2017 report in the Israeli English publication Haaretz which based on a Reuters report stated the following,
"At least 63 individuals with Russian passports or addresses have bought at least $98.4 million worth of property in seven Trump-branded luxury towers in southern Florida."
Trump's Russian ties appear far, far deeper than they are with middle and southern Christian Americans - and so do his values. Trump hosted the Miss Universe pageant in Moscow in 2013 where a September 17, 2017 Guardian reported,
"It is not known whether Trump met any associates of Putin in lieu of the president himself, but he certainly claimed to have ... "I was with the top-level people, both oligarchs and generals, and top-of-the-government people," he [Trump] said in a radio interview in 2015. "I can't go further than that, but I will tell you that I met the top people, and the relationship was extraordinary.""
It was on this trip that the Russians are rumored to have recorded Trump watching hookers pee on his bed at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. At the end of that Guardian story they reported the following,
"But when asked by reporters at a campaign stop in Florida in July 2016 to clarify the status of his relationship with the Russian president, as concerns over Russian election interference mounted, Trump gave a rather different version.
"I never met Putin," said Trump. "I don't know who Putin is.""
In a May 2017 White House interview, when Scott Pelley of CBS News asked Trump whether he had said Obama spied on him, Trump said,
"I don't stand by anything [I say]."
Propaganda Profiteering: Fox 'News' Sean Hannity & Rupert Murdoch Pigout @ Public Trough

Sean Hannity, aka Hoghead Hannity, is a fairly new government trough feeder. These are the guys who rail against welfare mothers who ask for help feeding, educating and housing their children. But they're AOK when it comes to welfare for mega millionaires and billionaires.
So Hannity's real estate empire became exposed in tandem with the discovery of Hannity's relationship with Michael Cohen. According to two reports by the Guardian on April 23rd and 24th, 2018, the phony anchorman on Fox 'News' who pretends he's a middle / working class guy like you and me, and insists he's not a rich guy like the real newsmen at real news outlets, we learned the following,
"The records link Hannity to a group of shell companies that spent at least $90m on more than 870 homes in seven states over the past decade. The properties range from luxurious mansions to rentals for low-income families. Hannity is the hidden owner behind some of the shell companies and his attorney did not dispute that he owns all of them."
Hannity may be a working classless ass, but he is not a middle / working class guy. The report goes on to say that one or more of his companies did business with a convicted fraudster and that Hannity - of course - did not know about it. The Hannity spokesperson also said that these are real - not shell - companies.
Hallelujah Hannity. Sure Sean, and Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, Obama didn't have an American birth certificate and you'll get right back to us on the Hillary Clinton / Seth Rich murder conspiracy. You the man. Your word is the gospel. The truth. The Lord's word - like Jesus. Saints be praised. Sinners be burned. Hallelujah Hannity is selling a super magic, Fox News kool aid - and it's chock full of the Hannity hallucinations that Rupert Murdoch wants you to see.
According to multiple sources Hannity got his start in radio by allegedly bashing gays. According to an October 10, 2017 Washington Post in April 1989 Hannity,
"... egged on a guest who claimed that AIDS was spreading among gay men because they consumed each other's feces." and telling his audience, "anyone listening to this show that believes homosexuality is just a normal lifestyle has been brainwashed. . . . These disgusting people."
It appears this was just the beginning of Hannity broadcasting messages of disinformation and intolerance. It seems he's been at it ever since.
What's ironic here is that Hannity appears to have an anal-retentive grooming style and effeminate mannerisms, which he appears to overcompensate for with his masquerade of masculinity by throwing footballs in the newsroom, gun handling displays and ju jitsu practices. Was this an example of psychological projection? How deep the Hannity hypocrisy goes is anyone's guess.
The April 2018 Guardian report also noted that Sean Hannity was also found feeding at the public trough, having refinanced $22 million in loans through Donald J. Trump's HUD. It was reported that $5 million was new money and that the terms were changed so that Hannity can sell the properties as early as next year [2019].
This should minimize any wonder as to why Hannity - like his boss Murdoch - are such adamant supporters of Dishonest Donald Trump. They're getting richer while most members in their audience are getting screwed. They appear to manipulate their ignorant audience to vote for candidates who cater to the super rich. Their audience is compromising their children's and their own futures by allowing these charlatans and quacks to disinform them with the distorted accounts oftentimes served up by Murdoch's Fox propaganda news.
Several of the people Hannity does business with, have been on his show. Hannity has repeatedly failed to disclose prior relationships to the audience of his show, the most recent of which was Michael Cohen, who Hannity so emotionally defended.
I hope the people in Murdoch's and Hannity's Fox Fake News audiences wake up soon, because their ignorance of the issues and players, is hurting the rest of us too. For better or for worse, that's the nature of democracy. We're all living in this nation and on this planet together.

The Republican Party never wants to spend a dime on helping educate or housing the American people, nor on making needed infrastructure investments or helping Americans stay healthy. And because of this Republicans claim they are fiscal conservatives.
But there's always room in Republican budgets for plenty of costly wars, big-ass tax cuts for the richest people on the planet, and deregulation that invariably leaves the American taxpayer picking up the crisis tab. The Trump has continued the Republicans practices, but has added taxpayer-funded luxury to federal government dealings.

Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price resigned in September of 2017 after it became known that he had spent short of a half million dollars [$400K] on chartering private jets to travel around the country on the taxpayer's dime. He also reportedly used a private jet to do personal business as well, visiting investment properties in Georgia, for which he was reported to have subsequently repaid a small amount of that total.

In 2017 Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, whose worth is valued in the hundreds of millions, put in a request for the use of a U.S. Military plane to use on his honeymoon to Italy, France and Scotland. After an outcry he withdrew the request, but subsequently took his bride on another U.S. Air Force jet [the mile high club compliments of the U.S. Airforce & Donald J. Trump?] to Kentucky to show his new wife Fort Knox. Another flight Mnuchin took, compliments of the U.S. AirForce, was estimated by ABC News in an LA Times report on September 26, 2017 to have cost taxpayers $25,000.

EPA Chief gets $43K Sound Booth & HUD Chief gets $31K Dining Set
EPA Chief Scott Pruitt spent $43,000 for a sound proof phone booth in his office in 2017. A March 18, 2018 Politico report notes that Pruitt spent $105,000 on first class air travel during his first year in office. Pruitt reportedly has a D.C. living arrangement that appears subsidized, did some real estate deals that have the possible appearance of corruption, and reportedly took a $100,000 trip to Morrocco that was funded by someone else. This man seems particularly despicable - as he appears to be enriching himself and using taxpayer monies - to destroy America's clean air, clean water and clean energy.
Housing and Urban Development Chief Ben Carson spent $31,000 on a dining set in 2017 that his wife picked out. He's in charge of public housing projects where some folks reportedly don't even get enough heat in the winter.

Trump's Inaugural Committee was reported to have paid $26 million in 2017 to an event planning firm started by Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, an adviser to Melania Trump.

Since June began less than four days ago, Trump has tweeted a half dozen times that he is innocent of obstruction of justice and / or colluding with the Russians. To repurpose a line from Shakespeare's Hamlet, methinks the president doth protest too much.

So while Rudy Giuliani is proclaiming Trump has absolute power, Trump repeatedly claims he's innocent and Trump's billionaire buddy Rupert Murdoch's propaganda outlets including Fox Fake News, the NY Pissed in the Wall Street Urinal appear to deny, distract and spin the national conversation into a dizzying dump of chaotic crap.
There Are Far Too Few Adults in the Room
Sadly, Robert Mueller appears to be the only adult in the room. And by room, I mean the D.C. / NYC Corridor of national media and political dufuses. So, while sad, I am also thankful that Robert Mueller is in the room, because what is playing out before us - led by Trump in the White House and Murdoch at the propaganda helm - is what can only be described as a near death to democracy moment.
A government of the people and by the people cannot - by its very definition, exist - if the people are too lazy, too stupid and too ignorant to start paying more intelligent attention to whose serving up the news and what their represenatives are doing in government. Listening only to repeated soundbytes by propaganda machines and superficial, bone headed newscasts is what got us here. We're going to have to do a lot more than that, to get us out of here.

He reportedly cheated on at least two of his wives. He's alleged to have had sex with a porn star and then covertly paid her hush money. He's alleged to have watched hookers pee on his bed in a Moscow hotel room. He has been the subject of tens to hundreds of lawsuits filed by people who accused him of defrauding them or cheating them. He has been known to have associated with both the American mob and the Russian Oligarchs [aka mob]. He uses profane language in front of Boy Scouts.
I believe our democracy is experiencing the greatest attack on it in its 229 year history. The attack is from within, by our own citizens - the most dangerous of which is Donald J. Trump and Keith Rupert Murdoch.

Trump is likely right in believing that many Americans are morons.
But I'm pretty sure that as a collective whole we're not THAT stupid.
But I've been wrong before.
