NYC Weather. On Thursday 10/26/23 the sun rose at 7.19 am & the sun set at 6.00 pm. The temperature highs will be in the high 70's on Thursday, Friday & Saturday, falling into the low 60's on Sunday & Monday, and falling to about 50 on Halloween day. The temperature lows will fall from the mid 60's on Thursday and Friday, to the high / mid 50's on Saturday and Sunday, and then down into the mid 40's on Monday and Tuesday. The humidity will rise from the mid 40% to the mid 60% on Thursday, remain between 60% - 70% on Friday and Saturday, rise to the mid 80% on Sunday, before falling back to 50% to 70% on Monday and Tuesday. Winds will be less than 5 mph Thursday and then between 5 to 10 mph through Halloween. Rain. There's a 40% to 50% chance of less than a quarter inch of rain Sunday threatening us a bit, with a bit of rain for most of the day. Monday the likelihood of rain drops to 25% by 1 pm and the amount of rain falls to less than a tenth of an inch. Halloween evening, beginning about 5 pm, there's better than a 40% to 65% chance of less than a half inch of rain before the night is out. As this forecast is being published nearly a week before Halloween Day, you might want to do an updated weather check on your own. The Weekend forecast should be pretty accurate in as much as weather forecasts generally are.

The parade begins at the Washington Square Arch and is followed by an after party at LaGuardia Place between Washington Square South and West 3rd Street.   • Tuesday, October 31, 2023 beginning at 7 pm & ending around 10.30 pm - NYC Halloween Parade. The 50th Annual Manhattan Halloween Parade NYC in the West Village begins at Spring Street / Canal and 6th Avenue and marches north along 6th to 15th Street in the West Village neighborhood. The parade runs for three to four hours with the official end time at 10.30 pm. There are over 35 bands and an innumerable showing of creative costumes. The theme is Upside Down and Inside Out. NYC Weather. Sunrise at 7.15 am & sunset at 6.06 pm. The temperature highs will be in the low 60's Friday and Saturday, dropping into the high 50's on Sunday. The temperature lows will descend from the high 50's on Friday, to the low 50's on Saturday, to the mid 40's on Sunday. The humidity will fall with the temperature, from around 90% on Friday, to between 70% - 80% on Saturday and to 60% on Sunday. The winds will rise from 5 - 10 mph on Friday to about 15 mph for the rest of the weekend. There's about 2/3 of an inch of rain expected Friday, and 1/10th of an inch on Saturday, but ending by noon, so most of the weekend is dry.
