NYC Weather. The temperature highs will be nearly 70 degrees [briefly] Friday, descending to about 60 by night, on Saturday the high will be nearly 60, descending into the mid 40's in the evening, and on Sunday, the high will be in the mid 50's descending to the high 30's. Generally it's a dry weekend. There's less than a 50% chance of less than a quarter inch of rain on Saturday morning, ending by 10 am. The winds kick up from 7 mph on Friday, to 10 - 14 mph on Saturday, before settling in at 10 mph on Sunday. The humidity descends from 70 - 80% on Friday, to 50% - 60% for the rest of the weekend. Not too bad for this time of year.

The photo at right was taken on the Upper West Side on Thanksgiving Eve in a prior year. The balloons that fly in the parade on Thanksgiving, are all inflated and staged along Central Park West by the American Museum of Natural History, the day / night preceding Thanksgiving. It's a free event to see the balloons the night before the parade and a great NYC tradition. As of Friday, November 17, 2023 - the forecast for Thanksgiving Eve - is a high of nearly 60 during the day and a low of about 30 by midnight, with rain ending by about noon. So beware as, currently, the forecast is predicting a sharp drop in temperature that day.

FYI - We're working on and will continue to work on the Holiday events and Holiday markets through the weekend.
