NYC Specific Weather - This can be very Different vs TV News Area Weather. No precipitation is in the forecast for the weekend or coming week. The temperature highs will be in the low 80's and the temperature lows in the high 60's. Winds will range from 5 - 10 mph all weekend. The humidity will range from 55% - 65% all weekend.

48th Annual Asian Film Fest, Summer Streets, SummerStage & Blue Note Jazz Festival

Thursday - Sunday, July 31 - August 10, 2025 at various times & locations - 48th Asian American International Film Festival. The festival primarily takes place at the Regal Union Square movie theater, but the opening event and reception is at the Asia Society at 725 Park Avenue on the UES. Some of the events and screenings are held in other locations in Manhattan, such as Chinatown. Thursday - Sunday, August 7 - 10, 2025 begins respectively at 6 pm, 7 pm, 12 noon Saturday & at 1 pm Sunday - The Giglio Festival in East Harlem - along Pleasant Avenue between [448 - 456] East 114th and 116th Streets near 1st Avenue. On Thursday there's the lighting of the Giglio at 6 pm, followed by food, entertainment, music and rides. On Friday the festivities begin with a concert at 7 pm, on Saturday the Sant Antonio Procession begins at 12 noon, and on Sunday there's a noon mass, followed by the lifting of the Giglio at 2 pm. The 44th Annual Dance Festival features dozens of choreographers and dancers from around the city, the nation and parts of the world. Each day features a different group.
