Rental Assistance Re-Opens & New Eviction Moratorium Law Passed

New Yorkers in need of rental assistance, meeting certain requirements, will be happy to hear that NYS has re-opened the program. Details to follow.

This past week a new NYS Eviction Moratorium Law was passed. I believe it was extended through March, but landlords can't oust you until May - but I need to confirm as details will follow.

Have a nice weekend.
