NYC Weather. Temperature highs will range from the low to high 80's through the July 4th holiday on Tuesday. The temperature lows will range from the mid 60's to the mid 70's, rising a bit reach day. The winds will range from 5 - 10 mph from now through Tuesday. The humidity will range from 60% - 70% Friday, then rising up to 80% for Saturday, and then staying there for Sunday and Monday, before falling back to 60% - 70% on Tuesday. Rain. Between a quarter and half inch of rain is expected on Sunday, and a quarter inch on Monday. While there may be clouds on the other days, rain is not expected. Air Quality. We continue to experience some of the unhealthy conditions from the Canadian forest fires caused by climate change which is caused by carbon emissions from folks' gas guzzling autos & other carbon emitting machinery. To stay abreast of the air quality in NYC copy and paste this link into your browswer bar - https://www.airnow.gov.

I wouldn't fret too much because it's warm and it won't be a lot of rain. Humidity will be high [80% - 90% all weekend], but there will a slight breeze to help [winds at 5 - 7 mph].
The photo at right was taken at the Pride Parade in 2014. You can expect to see a wide variety of playful exhibitionism, a wide array of costumes, and a general celebration of society's increasing recognition that people have a right to be / define themselves.
