Does Donald Trump really expect us to believe that ICE is protecting us, when they are shooting and killing U.S. citizens?
Editor's Note. Please note that ICE agents do not appear to be as well trained, or as disciplined as other law enforcement personnel in the U.S. Furthermore, since Trump took office, it has been reported that ICE recruiting practices are failing to properly screen and background check their applicants, some or even many of whose backgrounds should raise red flags such as affiliations with white supremacist groups such as the KKK and Nazis. ICE reportedly puts these new recruits on the streets without full training by historical norms. And under Trump, ICE leadership appears to employ legally questionable practices in dealing with the public using questionable home search entry practices as well as spraying chemical agents in peaceful protesters faces. You're not likely to find this on TV News, whose news teams read the billionaires' teleprompter-fed narratives, while modeling the news distractions, instead of doing the hard work of investigatining, analyzing and presenting the real news.

Did ICE Agents Murder Alex Pretti After Unnecessarily Beating Him?
This morning ICE shot and killed a white, American male, citizen who was exercising his first amendment right to peacefully protest.
The first shooter, based on the video I saw, was a very aggressive ICE agent who was spraying protesters in the face, before he drew his gun, and started shooting Alex Pretti to death. You can see all of this by clicking on the graphic at right and judge for yourself. You can move the cursor to about 0.30 to get the full view of things or to 1.00 for when the shooting begins. 1.25.26 4 pm Update - ICE Agents had secured Pretti's gun before they shot him ten times and killed him. The site below contains several videos of what happened, but inexplicably removed the most graphic one which clearly showed the shooting and shooter. Who Was Alex Pretti?
Alex Pretti, age 37, had no criminal record. Alex Pretti was a 37 year old male nurse, who worked in the Intensive Care Unit at a hospital of VA Healthcare System. And while he was carrying a gun, he had a legal permit for it. At no time in any of the videos I watched [and confirmed by other media outlets], did Pretti appear to reach for it, brandish it, or otherwise use it to threaten the seven ICE agents who tackled him to the ground and beat him, before shooting him multiple times, to death. This is contrary to the lies by Kristi Noem spread by Murdoch's disinformative Fox News.

When Will Trump's ICE Stop Shooting & Killing Innocent Americans & What Will it Take to Get All the TV News Networks to do Their Jobs?
It seems once again, that the ICE agent who fired the first shots, used the fact that Pretti was carrying a gun [not brandished it], to shoot him dead. This is, not unlike how the ICE agent in the first shooting, a couple weeks ago, used the movement of Renee Macklin Good's vehicle, to shoot her dead, after she had told him that she wasn't mad at him. Kristi Noem, without proof, claims he was threatening ICE, just as she claimed of Renee Macklin Good in the first shooting. Noem has been caught lying multiple times, since she became the head of ICE.
Multiple TV News Networks are doing about as good a job covering the ICE invasion of Minneapolis, as they did the Israeli invasion of Gaza. You won't know what's really going on in the world or this country, if you rely soley on TV News. They are failing you, and they have been failing all of us, for a long, long time.

Real News with the Help of the People
And below there's a link, possibly the most graphic video, very clearly showing one of the aggressive ICE agents who had been spraying people, reach for his gun and start shooting [or use the first graphic above to click into it]. The footage looks real and corresponds to other authenticated reports I've seen. It was posted by Drop Site News and Mother Jones cited it. This, like the Renee Macklin Good video put out by the NYT, also appears to show the ICE agent murdering the victim. And while I believe innocent until proven guilty, I also trust my own eyes.
There is something terribly wrong with Trump's & Kristi Noem's [Shot and Killed Her Own 14 Month Old Dog] deployment of ICE in Minnesota. And don't let the liars in the Trump Administration or the billionaire controlled portion of the press [TV News] tell you otherwise. Look for the facts as we've shown here in the verified videos referenced above.
Fake News by Rupert Murdoch & the Trump Administration
Pay attention to how TV News treats this killing / possibly murder. Rupert Murdoch's Fox News, as seen below, will do its best to distort the truth to its viewers. Murdoch's Fox News is very good at this sort of manipulation, having done it so many times before, including for Trump's 2020 'stop the steal' campaign, for which Murdoch & Fox had to pay $1.8 BILLION to cover up their truth distortions. But the truth can be seen above in the NYT front page, which calls into question the Trump Administration of professional liars, who will cover up what now seems multiple cold blooded murders of American citizens, like they've been illegally covering up the Epstein Files. And Republican Senate Majority Leader John Thune and House Speaker Mikie Johnson are nowhere to be found.
Kimmel showed Rupert Murdoch's cadre of professional liars on Fox News defaming Pretti with numerous false statements. Fox News Viewers' Ignorance is Costing 'We The People' Trillions
Fox viewers take note, because it is exactly this disinformation put out by Murdoch's Fox News that makes you so ignorant. Murdoch's manipulations of reality on his TV Network and news spins are exactly why you are so out of touch with reality - about what's really going on in this country. About who is who and what is what. And it is why - since Murdoch came to America and started building his propaganda network in the 1970's & 1980's - the American lower and middle classes [bottom 80%] have lost an estimated $50 -$80 trillion to the upper classes [top 20%].

Billionaire TV News gets Grades from F- to A+ for Their Lousy to Excellent Reporting
NBC so far, has done the best job of reporting this ICE killing, including showing the relevant video. The killing appears to be the unnecessary use of lethal force, like the first one of Renee Macklin Good. A second video came in, that NBC said they authenticated and then showed, which includes scenes before the shooting, showing the victim helping a protester. He was then wrestled to the ground by ICE - the reasons for which were unclear - and subsequently shot multiple times, apparently with his hands visible, and not in wielding of any weapon at the time he was shot. The Trump Administration, staffed with professional liars, who were confirmed by John Thune and the Republican Senate, seems to refute everything that puts them in a negative light.
As noted above, NBC's local affiliate and the network, both did good work in reporting the story and they get an A+. ABC gets a B+, as they buried this important news deep in the broadcast.
CBS gets a C- as they not only buried the story in the newscast, they omitted important relevant video to help people understand what actually occurred, while repeating the false assertions by Trump Administration officials. Kermit the Frog got as much air time and the impending storm received considerably more airtime than this important story. NTD TV gets an F- and should be sued, as they have been repeating the lies of the Administration without questions or corrections. The CW WPIX gets a D because they repeated false narratives and didn't show the key videos that would accurately inform their audience as to what occurred. I didn't see a Fox broadcast, but their website has been incredibly supportive of the false narratives made by Trump Administration officials, much like they did in the 2020 election, when they supported the false narrative of 'stop the steal', and for which they were forced to pay $1.8 billion for their misleading news broadcasts.

Donald J. Trump made the following statement, almost exactly ten years ago, on January 23, 2016, " ... I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and not lose a single voter ...". It's an outrageous statement, especially when you consider that that person is now president. Trump would argue that he was just joking, which is how he defends almost everything he does, or says that is indecent, unethical or amoral.
Trump never had a moral compass, which is why he could incite an insurrection, support hanging Mike Pence, and then pardon those who believed in him and followed him, before rewriting the history of what happened on the White House website with his own lies.
In the graphic at right, Mitch McConnell is quoted by the Washington Bureau Chief of the Associated Press, as having told him, after Trump lost the election in 2020, that Trump was a "despicable human being" [along with a number of other unflattering things]. Has Trump Given up on Winning a 3rd Term, While Exploring Other Methods to Remain in the White House?
PAY ATTENTION, because this won't be over until January 2029. Trump isn't likely to give up his quest to rule the United States for the rest of his life, without a fight. I believe he's given up on getting re-elected to a third term, because legally and politically, that has become highly improbable, if not impossible. Even the spineless members of the Republican Party would stand up to him if he tried, because many of them also want to become president themselves one day.
So the only realistic avenue available to Trump to continue on as president beyond his second four year term, is to take it by force, like he tried to do in 2020. Which is why Trump has been rehearsing for such a move, with the activation of various federal enforcement agencies, including the now corrupt Department of Justice headed by Pam Bondi, the toothless FBI headed by Kash Patel, the Secretary of Defense headed by Pete Hegseth, and ICE headed by 'Shot my Pooch' Noem.

The reports of Donald J. Trump's deviant behavior with a tendency toward violance are too numerous for me to discuss right here, right now. But let me remind readers of a few examples from the Donald's past. According to Trump, in his book the Art of the Deal, he punched his 2nd grade teacher and gave him a black eye. Trump's story has never been verfied. Trump was sued in 2022 by E. Jean Carroll for raping her in a department store dressing room in 1996. In 2024 the jury found that Carroll could only definitively prove that he had sexually abused her. When Trump countered sued Carroll for defamation, the judge threw out Trump's countersuit, stating that Carroll's rape allegation was "substantially true" [because NY has a definition of rape that goes beyond vaginal penetration]. And I'm not including the accusations allegedly made by a 13 year old girl, in a court fliing related to the Epstein files, that claims Trump beat her, raped her and told her she should be thankful that he took her virginity. I'm not including that because it was withdrawn, and the attorney who filed it has gone dark. There were allegations of death threats associated with this particular victim, as well as questions regarding her real identity, possibly tied to the threats or the origination of the allegations [see graphic above or at right].

Bear in mind, that this is the context that the billionaire TV News organizations ignore. Are they protecting their friends or their business interests or even themselves? In May 2024 Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg won a lawsuit that found Trump guilty of defrauding the American public in his Stormy Daniels payoff scheme. In February of 2024 NYS Attorney General Letitia James found the Trump Organization guilty of lying, cheating and staggering fraud. Do Americans Really Believe that Donald J. Trump is Renovating the White House for Someone Else?
Trump is Behaving Like a Dog Marking his Territory Around Washington, D.C.
Make no mistake about it. Donald J. Trump is not building that ballroom, renaming the Kennedy Center and erecting monuments to himself in a city he intends to leave. Dogs pee and crap on trees and rocks, marking their territory, signaling to other dogs to stay away, as this is their ground. Likewise, Trump's demolition of the East Wing, his redecoration of the White House, and his ongoing plans to rename and erect monuments to himself around Washington, D.C. - like he did by renaming the Kennedy Center - is not unlike how a dog marks his territory.
Consider the following 'coincidences'. Trump makes sure the military is paid during the government shutdown using private funds. Trump gives the military a $1776 bonus - not to reward them for their service - but to try to coopt them into loyalty to him - not the U.S. Constitution [see video below]. Trump, with the help of an incredibly weak Senate Majority Leader John Thune, has a cabinet that isn't comprised of qualified professionals, but rather of servile loyalists who have time and again breached the trust granted to them by the American People. And then there's that 'mysterious' convocation of generals in September 2025, wherein Trump and Hegseth told the generals to resign now if they were uncomfortable with anything that Hegseth or Trump might ask them to do. And lastly, bear in mind that Trump tried to derail the 2020 election with an unlawful insurrection, so he's willing to do anything to hang onto power, even if it involves murdering Americans or other people - as his Administration has already done.
UPDATE 1.28.26. But Trump desperately needs to win the 2026 election to move forward with these plans, which is why Trump had the FBI raid the Fulton County Court House to obtain the election records from 2020. Both the Kask Patel Director of the FBI and Tulsi Gabbard of the NSA, two of Trump's many cabinet officials confirmed by John Thune's Senate, reportedly attended the raid, wherein the ballots were removed. The Chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, a George election official, said that, "... we can no longer certify that these ballots are secure ...". END UPDATE 1.28.26.
Trump's Use of Military Force in the Caribbean, in the Middle East, Threatening Greenland and Europe, while using ICE to Invade Cities here at Home, have Parallels with how Hitler Grabbed Power in Germany in the 1930's
The last two leaders of Trump's enforcement agencies noted above, already have blood on their hands, as their agencies have already taken multiple human lives. Noem's ICE operations have resulted in a significant spike in violent and what seem wilful neglect deaths at the hands of ICE since she assumed control in 2025. Hegseth is responsible for the alleged extra judicial murders associated with the illegal operations in the Caribbean [remember when these liars were attacking alleged 'drug' boats from Venezuela, before they took over that country for oil].
In September of 2025 Kash Patel also broke the law [and admitted he had done so], by firing FBI agents - not because of their performance - but as part of Trump's revenge campaign. And lastly, Bondi has also already violated the law, by wilfully not complying with the Congressional law requiring her DOJ to fully release the Epstein Files in December 2025. The Senate and House, lead by the spineless Republican leadership team of Thune & Johnson, have failed to hold Bondi in contempt of Congress, and thus failed the American People by not requiring Bondi to do so. This is after a near unanimous vote to release the Epstein Files wherein Rep Roy Higgins of Lousianna cast the only no vote out of the entire House and Senate.

ICE Skirts Court Ordered Search Warrants to Enter & Search Homes in Minnesota
A pattern is beginning to emerge, of active shooters / killers planted within ICE teams, to ratchet up the violence, while seeking cover and legal protection from Donald J. Trump and the federal government for their crimes. This is not unlike what we're seeing with the use of U.S. Military force in the hands of Pete Hegseth, under who a second strike was reportedly ordered to murder some people hanging onto a capsized boat in the Caribbean. If true, that would be a war crime. Just like the two ICE shootings in Minneapolis are murders, unless there are some truly incredible extenuating circumstances, to justify what I've seen in the videos of these two ICE shootings.
The graphic at right shows ICE conducting a home search without a court ordered warrant in Minneapolis. The Trump Administration, has reportedly been using ICE Administrative warrants to enter homes, instead of seeking judicial court ordered warrants. Legal scholars believe this is a violation of the immigrants' 4th Amendment Rights which are as follows:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The Trump Administration has shown an incredible amount of contempt for the law, which Trump as president, was entrusted to execute. Trump has in fact openly defied both the Senate and Congress, by withholding the EPSTEIN FILES from public view because Donald Trump has ZERO RESPECT FOR THE REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP OF THUNE AND JOHNSON, and for that matter the law itself. Now the Administration is resurrecting ancient laws to justify their potentially illicit behaviors, like threatening the Insurrection Act of 1807, to justify sending troops into Minnesota under a false claim that there's an Insurrection against the U.S. government [which there isn't]. Also see the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits the deployment of military force within the United States, to handle civil or criminal law offenses [which this might be]. Invoking the Insurrection Act of 1807 without a real insurrection, could put Trump in Impeachment territory again, with Vance and Rubio likely the biggest winners and Trump the biggest loser.
